Our project involved a new roof, gutters with leaf guards and new shutters. We started the project with Chris who noticed wind damage on the roof. Suggested we file a claim with the insurance that was approved. He was the only company of many that suggested the claim. Very grateful for his time in helping in that area. Chris has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Brendan also was very instrumental in organizing the project completion. From the first phone call with Heather to the last handshake with Mike after a job well done, the service was phenomenal. Heather was extremely pleasant and friendly and assured me someone would reach out very soon. Prompt would be an understatement. Mike (the owner himself) contacted me immediately. We planned to meet when the claims adjuster would arrive. After all of the drone activity from the adjuster, Mike walked the roof and while it may be a while for the gutters to arrive, Mike made everything look very presentable for the time being. Interactions with Mike was like talking to your best friend! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and when I offered to pay for what was done today, he said, “nah, it’s like the roof….it’s on the house”. Once the report comes in from insurance, there is only one company I will call for repair! Ready Roof is top notch! Thank you to Heather and Mike for being so wonderful to us during this stressful time!
